i POD 4 touch won't play offline

Hi

I have had no problems with this device before.....got about 500 tracks offline enabled in my playlists, i have premium...i got a message saying my 30 days offline period has ended. Now i can't get any of the tracks to go green...the downloaded tracks have an arrow symbol but is grey....available offline slider is on as is enable offline mode in settings. Can someone advise what i need to do....

Additionally, i have gone in to spotify on my pC for the first time in a while.....i can no longer see where the button is for syncing a device...my ipod doesn't seem to show anywhere?.....any help appreciated.
