Hey @SmokesRidro, that's odd!

 

Are you able to use any other Premium features?

 

If you head over to https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/, is your account showing as Free or Premium?

 

It could be worth double checking that the Premium payment went through successfully. Also, make sure to log out and log in with the correct username and password.

I am having a similar problem, I have a family plan, when I check my account status it shows premium, I can use all the  premium features but if I am listening a playlist chart like costa rica top 50 I just can hit the "next button" like five times, then I receive a message saying that I discovered a premium feature and it gives me to options: ignore and ok.

I have the same problem also. My account is on premium and i'm able to use some premium features. But i'm not able to shuffle or skip tracks while listening. 😞 The payment is also already made succesfully.

Please help. 🙂

I got it fixed already! 🙂
I deleted the app and download it again, and now these features are working. 🙂
