[iOS] Can I sync local files from two laptops to one phone?

I just got a new laptop and have set up local files on that laptop and see my local files from my old laptop showing up in my playlists on my desktop. However my local files on my new laptop haven't been syncing to my phone yet. How do I get this sync to happen?

I think local files can only be synced from one device to all other devices. If you'd like to sync local files from your new laptop, turn off the "Show Local Files" setting from the Spotify app on your old laptop, copy the local files you want from your old laptop to your new one, and turn on the "Show Local Files" setting from the Spotify app on your new laptop. Make sure the "Local audio files" setting is enabled on your phone (go to mobile app > Home > Settings > Local Files).
