My Question or Issue:

I use a lot the artist bar from the Spotify app , whoever since I updated Spotify app the number of songs and the download icon doesn’t appear. Is this fixable or is the update ?? Please help!!

Does this happen when you restart your device? You can also try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

Hi , thanks for answering but when I reboot my phone or clean reinstall the app doesn’t work. The only time that it goes back to normal is the first time I open the app after reinstalling but the when I close it goes back to the same problem. I really like Spotify and I hope that this problem get fixed soon or else I may start use Apple Music.

If you are talking about the old UI/UX then it's not possible to revert to that anymore.

 

However, if you would like, you can submit your idea in Idea Submissions board.

 

That way others can give their input about this feature.

Hey @Fifautabc11,

 

In addition to what @Loxer said, could you try clearing your cache again following the steps here and perform a power cycle after that (power off the device, wait a few minutes than turn it back on)? You can also try this on a different device and see if the issue occurs there.

 

I also suggest to go to Settings > General > Storage, because that way iOS will start checking the storage and will remove any leftovers properly. You can also use iTunes/Finder to do so by just syncing the iPhone.

Thanks for the respond but it’s not about de IU , is that I can’t see the music the store of the artist and when I reinstall the app it work but ten when I close it bugs again like the print.I tried to reinstall properly and didn’t work.
