iOS app will not install.

A more detailed description, using numbered steps
1. First I searched for Spotify in the App Store
2. Then I found spotify and clicked the "Get" button
3. Then I clicked the "Install" button
4. Then the "Get" button re-appeared
5. Then I clicked the "Get" button again
6. Then I cliked the "Install" button again
7. Then the "Get" button re-appeared
8. Then I clicked the "Get" button again
9. Then I clicked the "Install" button again
10. Etc
11. Then I re-started my phone and tried again, same issue
12. Then I updated my phone to the latest iOS operating system and tried again, same issue

What I expected to happen
I expected the Spotify app to install on my phone

What actually happened
The Spotify app would not install on my phone

People (including myself) are experiencing issues with the App Store at the minute, there is an issue with iTunes and its stores, so not much you can do other than hang tight and try again later.

iOS app will not re-install
This has been going on for 3 weeks now and I haven't had any time til now to contact you.
 
I think all of my playlists are gone too.
 
My wife is using my login on her phone and there are no playlists there either.
 
Please,  I'm going insane.

1. First I searched for Spotify in the App Store
2. Then I found spotify and clicked the "Cloud" button
3. Then I clicked the "Circle" button
4. Then the "Cloud" button re-appeared
5. Then I clicked the "Cloud" button again
6. Then I cliked the "Circle" button again
7. Then the "Cloudt" button re-appeared
8. Then I clicked the "Circle" button again
9. Then I clicked the "Cloud" button again
10. Etc
11. Then I re-started my phone and tried again, same issue
12. Then I updated my phone to the latest iOS operating system and tried again, same issue

What I expected to happen
I expected the Spotify app to install on my phone
