I have some Playlists that doesn't reach the 3,333 song download limit, but some of the song won't play even when it is downloaded. When I delete the list and download it again the problem is gone on some of the songs. I still have songs that doesn't play even when they are downloaded.

Anyone that got any ideas ?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

What iOS version are you using? Make sure it's up to date.

 

Also, try a quick reinstallation of Spotify.
