iPad app keeps crashing!!!

iPad app keeps crashing!!!

I've never had this issue before, until today, I've restarted my iPad (yes a force restart) and I've even updated to the the latest IOS update 10.1.1 and still nothing. It won't even stay open for more than 5 secs....please help!

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify?

Yes, several times now, for over an hour.

Are you using Spotify Premium?

Yep.... 😞 

This may seem crazy, but it's worked for some people.

In the 5 seconds that you have, please try to go to your settings and toggle offline mode. If it closes too fast after repeated tries, let me know.

I tried this, but it won't even stay open long enough for me to even change the settings. I currently have a premium student account, I've thought about creating a new account but I don't want to end up paying for two different accounts....I just keep restarting and uninstalling and reinstalling the app...and still nothing.

I guess I'm all out of Ideas.

I would suggest contacting Spotify. You can do this in a few different ways:

  • Twitter (@SpotifyCares)
  • Facebook (SpotifyCares)
  • E-mailing (support@spotify.com - if you get an automated e-mail back and it says no-reply, reply anyway. Somebody will surely get back to you.)
  • Submitting a support ticket

Have you tried re-installing the app? If not do that. If that dosen't work then try Factory reset your Ipad
