iPad says I'm not premium member

iPad says I'm not premium member

When I login to my iPad it says trial is up. I'm a premium member. I have my playlist and premium options on my desktop and iPhone,, but my iPad wont let me use my account..

I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post and see if they can get you up and running.

Hi,

 

Are you 100% sure that you're logging into the right account? You might be logging in with the wrong details, if you subscribed with facebook; make sure to login with a fb email and password. If you subscribed with Spotify, make sure to login with your Spotify username and password.

I've tried it all and my account name is the same as the one on of and when I look at my account setting it shows my login is set to premium. Irritating..... 😕

Can you try removing the Spotify app, fully powering off your iPad and then back on again and then installing the app again?
