iPhone 11 and 6 no playlist or library in Bmw 2014

hi there connected apps don’t work on the car, iTunes does allow u to view playlists though any ideas ?

Hello there version is 8.6.30.968, so further information on Bluetooth I cannot see past the second track on usb same thing
