iPhone 12 mini error

iPhone 12 mini error

so i cant reinstall Spotify on my iPhone 12 mini. I already deleted my account from App Store, restarted my phone, deleted some apps to have more space. Whatever I do it won’t work. The circle logo for download starts to circle as if it will start the download but then it stops and it shows the “get” text as if I should press it again. I don’t know what to do.

Hey there @Renzoarteaga

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Would you mind trying the steps a fellow user posted here to see if they work for you?

If those don't do the trick, would you mind sending us a short screen recording of the issue happening so we can take a closer look? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us (make sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.

Hello. Adding what requested. Also, adding screenshot of my storage. I have 3gb left for use on my phone so I don't understand why it's not letting me install Spotify.

Hey @Renzoarteaga,

Thanks for your reply and for the video shared.

In this case, we'd suggest checking to see if perhaps your iPhone has some pending OS updates. If yes, try updating it to see if you notice any difference after that.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to check: is this happening over WiFi? 3G/4G? Both? Do you notice any difference if you switch the internet connection you're using? It'd be awesome if you could check this.

Lastly, we'd recommend deleting some items more and then trying again. You can follow this Apple guide to do it.

Keep us in the loop!
