Hey Guy!
Well I recently installed and became Premium member on Spotify, and everything works fine with WIFI connection.
BUT, when I go on my car for example my connection goes to the normal 3G connection, I can open everything and navigate on every app I have... except SPOTIFY.
I'm not able to even log in. I get an 113 loggin error. I've already talked with my carrier support (MOVISTAR COLOMBIA) and everything is OK on their side. I also have a couple of friends that can use their SPOTIFY app on their iPhones with the same carrier and connection as mine and it works perfect with them.
Any help?

That's really bizarre. Have you tried all the basic troubleshooting techniques like restarting your phone by holding the power and home buttons simultaneously for a couple of seconds, reinstalling the app, and quitting the app from the task bar (by holding down the home button and swiping up on the Spotify page)?
If none of those work, I think contacting the Spotify team directly would be your best bet. You can fill out this form: https://www.spotify.com/us/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/?contact
and you'll receive an automated email response. Reply to the email (even if it says no-reply) with your issue and a Spotify employee should get in contact with you. Hope this helps!
Yeah, I did go trough every single troubleshooting procedure I've seen on these forums... I even had my iPhone Netoworking connections reset.
No luck, I just did that form thingy and replied to the email...
Gonna have to wait.
Yea...sorry you're having this issue bud 😞 Sounds really annoying. Hope you get it resolved!
As an absolute last resort, you can back up your phone on iTunes or iCloud and restore your phone as a new device in iTunes (which deletes everything in your phone) and restore your phone using your backup. Starting from a blank slate will probably eliminate whatever software or hardware problem that is causing your issue. This would be a pain to have to do though.
That's actually a good Idea... Imma do that right now and post a result... Should I backup with or without spotify installed???

Backed up my iPhone 5, (it was already updated to latest firmware), restored it, reinstalled spotify, still can't log in with my data 3g connection. But if i turn wifi it works perfect.

Exact problem but with Android. (Colombia, Movistar, No 3G access, works fine over Wifi). Downloading seems to be the only way. Stinks since when you're on the road you can only access a very limited catalog.

Hey @Marcela1158 just to double check, have you already given a clean reinstallation a try?
Are you signing in with Spotify details or with Facebook? Which button are you pressing when logging in?
@restre & @Juanqui are you still having trouble with this issue?
I sign in with the Facebook button... Goes through the log in process with no problems... and as posted before... with WI-FI works like a charm... On 3G doesn't, at all...
And I did a complete clean re-install of spotify...
Ok, I just tryed Tunnelbear VPN app on my iPhone5 and Spotify worked perfectly on 3G, so now my question is... does this mean it's a carrier problem???

Well that sux... Does anyone know, if the carrier can, prevent certain apps to pull data on one's data plan?

Used TunnelBear app as VPN to allow for connection outside Movistar Colombia carrier and worked like a charm...
It's clearly our carrier doing this...
