My Question or Issue

It says spotify used 67% of my battery one song spends 3% of battery. I don’t want to go to Apple Music.)

Could you try a clean reinstall of the app? Also, do you have Background App Refresh on? You can find this by going to Settings > General > Background App Refresh. 

It's also best to let me know your iOS version to your iPhone 8. You can check by going to Settings > General > About.
