I cant re log into to my new iphone 7

Have similar issue trying to log in with Facebook on iPhone 6+, captive portal issue with log in not being accepted. IPad is fine. Raised to Facebook also don't know who owns that piece so adding here. Reinstalling app for the 4th time 😞 I really want moosik on my phone pleeease

I had this exact same problem. For me, the answer was to delete the Spotify app and reinstall it.
