last ios 16 updates + carplay error

last ios 16 updates + carplay error

Hi, with last ios 16 upd I'm having random problems to play contents. I mean, In some podcast sometimes appears a message "El contenido no está disponible" (content is not available). It sound strange becuase I'm suscribed to these podcast from a long time, I have a premium account, I'm not doing something different that other occasions, and surpersly, that contents play well randomly. It happends mainly connected to carplay. Other observation from my side; most of these contents that fail have also videoblog. In the ios app is not possible to disable completly the option to disable video (something that should be an option for those user not interested into video versions)

Could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update? 

 

On another note, would you mind logging in to your account on a different phone to check if the same happens while using a different device? 

 

Lastly, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?

Could you let us know if this started happening after a specific event such as an update?

      Yes. It started to happend after install iOS 16.4

 

On another note, would you mind logging in to your account on a different phone to check if the same happens while using a different device?

    Sorry, I can't. I don't have any other phone that could be plug and use with Carplay. My phone is iPhone 12 mini 128Gb

 

Lastly, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?

   I've a couple of SIM cards from different providers and the problem happens with both connections.

 

I'm attaching a picture with the error message.

Can you please check if the same thing happens when you've downloaded the podcast and enabled Offline mode?
