"Available Office" Playlists Not Syncing

The playlists that I have selected to be "available offline" are not syncing.  In most cases, none of the songs on these playlists sync, and in some other cases, a few of the songs sync, but not all of them.  Can someone help with this issue please?

Hi. What iOS and spotify versions are you using and what device? Can you try the steps in this post.
