"Spotify can't play this right now." - Previous solutions don't work

My Question or Issue

Okay, I know this is an issue that's been talked to death here already, but none of the solutions provided have worked for me. I get that "Spotify can't play this right now" error message for all the music from a specific artist. I've already reinstalled the app, updated (both on my phone and desktop), fiddled with all the settings, deleted the cache(s) and local-files.bnk, deleted everything in the local folder or whatever, etc. etc.--every suggested solution, I've tried, though I still have this issue. I'm gonna tear my hair out tbh. The tracks are not greyed out, nor unavailable in my region. There's no reason why this would be happening?
