sharing playlists and users

My Question or Issue

Ive been trying to share my playlist link and user with a friend of mine and when they try to find my acoount or playlist it doesnt come up with anything. My playlists are all public and i dont know whats wrong, never had this problem before. As you can see in the photo there is no “share button”. Can someone help out?

With regard to the 'share' issue, since this is happening across multiple devices on the same account, it's quite likely there's an issue with the account itself.

Just to be sure, do you mind trying the following for us:

• seeing if the 'Share ' button appears on playlists which were not made by you
• logging into another account on either of the devices and seeing if they can share playlists/profiles from their account?
