song banner won’t show the song/won’t show up at all when on another device

Song banner disappears when playing in another device. Will only load first 200 songs in playlist before it gives me a blank banner or no banner at all

Could you let us know on which devices is this happening? Is it happening when you're using the Connect feature or when you're listening via Bluetooth as well? 

On another note, could you send us a screenshot where we can see the issue happening? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Lastly, we'd like to know if this happens while using different internet connections.
