songs not playing in their entirety plus russian dance music interrupting my playlists

Lately when I try to listen to a playlist (mine or a spotify playlist) through Apple PLay on my IPhone 7 +, IOS 12.1.2 in my car, the songs change after 60 seconds and within 3 minutes, Russian dance songs start playing.  I've tried deleting the songs from my "recently played" list but new ones keep popping up.   I think I've been hacked.  Has anyone else experienced this?

That's not cool. I suggest you to log out everywhere and then reset your password.

I guess this should solve the issue.
