spotify doesn't see my previously uploaded songs

My Question or Issue

my main account has been stolen. so I close my main account and start a new one. I use family plan so I attacht my new account to family for continuing premium acc.

in my phone there was 9gb downloaded songs but my new account unable to locate and see them. Do I have to download all my songs again ?

and aslo I try to delete and reinstall spotify to get rid of 9gb of downloaded songs. but when I reinstall spotify 9gb of file downloaded again.

Yes! Since the offline content on Spotify is stored on your local device, you'll need to download everything again with your new account.
