volume issue and song title out of synch -iOS Spotify connect

My Question or Issue

If a Bluetooth device is connected to the phone but Spotify is playing to another device through Spotify connect it's impossible to change the volume on the latter. 

Another issue I've notice is the app shows often playing a song which is 2 or 3 songs behind the one really played on the device on the playlist.
