won't allow me too sync playlist

I have just upgraded and paid for premium. I have gone too sync playlist and it won't do it. I've rebooted my iphone 5 and reinstalled app numerous times and still not joy. Main reason was for this feature. Help please

Are you getting any error messages? 

Its also worth double checking how much free space you have remaining on your device, in general Spotify won't sync unless you have at least 1GB+ free.

Does your iphone appear under "Devices" in the desktop client? If not, check that UPnP is enabled on your router and temporarily disable ny firewalls, antivirus and other security software on your desktop.
