Hi all. I have been searching for a solution for this problem for days. Recently, seemingly for no reason, my Spotify has stopped playing synced music. When I mark a playlist available for offline, it goes through the downloading process, the green synced symbol appears next to all the tracks and the playlist, but when I try to play offline, it will not play. The pause button comes up as if it is playing, but the track slider doesn't move and no audio is played. If I go online the songs play, but they are definitely streaming and not playing from a local file.
I have tried reinstalling and installing Spotify multiple times and have completely factory reset my phone, as well as formatted my memory card. I have been a premium member for >4 years and have never had any issues like this. I will definitely be canceling if I can't get this fixed, offline syncing is the whole reason I pay!
If It matters, I have a GS5 running Android Version 5.0.
Please help!!!!
