I am really disappointed with Spotify not only because it is unusable now in the desktop version but also because I wasted a lot of time following their "suggestions" on their current offline issue to no avail. I find it deceitful that "All systems are up and feeling jolly good" The systems might be jolly and good but not the users! So what is your point when there are so many posts here with people struggling with their desktop version on both Mac and Windows?
Some moderators ask us to check the twitter update on @SpotifyStatus and you see that the last tweet dates the 20 July!!!!! and guess what... everything is fine and sorted!!! If you are on holidays just put that on your status. That will save us a lot of time and yourselves a lot of bandwidth.
Spotify!!! Be honest!! Be truthful!! or otherwise... be damned!
