So I have gone from loving Spotify to thinking this thing is trash due to the non existent customer support so I have moved onto the community in hopes of getting my issue resolved faster.
I have 3 albums I am trying to sync to my mobile devices. They are both androids I am using a Samsung Tab S 10.5 and a Samsung Galaxy S5 Active. Neither device is able to sync songs from the local playlist on my desktop. I have spent the last few hours trying to fix it and have read multiple similar topics but nothing is working so yet another local files topic has to be made unfortunately.
I am able to see the playlist on my mobile devices but when I try to download I just get a 0% reading no matter how long I wait and the files never download. I have turned off my anti virus and my firewall to try and fix the issue neither has seemed to help.
Could someone please point me in the right direction...I mean seriously how hard is it to get Taylor Swift and Acid Bath on a phone...
