Ever since having updated to Spotify 3.1.0 on iOS, my local tracks aren't playable through Spotify Connect anymore. This means I have to AirPlay the song from my iPhone 6 to my speaker. They released an update to the Spotify iOS app today (3.2.0), but that still hasn't fixed the problem. Same problem with Spotify on my Mac. It'll only stream original content that is available on Spotify to my speakers with Spotify Connect.
If I want it to play another song, let's say a YouTube video I converted to an MP3 and imported into Spotify, it shows (on both Mac and iPhone) the following: "Cannot play this content". The speaker is greyed out in the Spotify Connect speakers list.
Does anyone know why they did this or how I can make it work with Spotify Connect again?
