Hi all, 

I have been having some issues and hopefully you all can help out. 

First, (I have a premium account) I made all of my songs available offline and then randomly when I turned on spotify a few days ago only about 20% of my songs were available offline.  However, right when spotify connected to wifi, it started downloading all my songs for offline again and downloaded them all.  This process has repeated twice and I am befuddled. 

Secondly,

I am traveling overseas in Southeast Asia (Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam) for a month and was wondering how I make sure spotify works in those countries (ie have all my songs available offline) as I have been unable to figure out how to do so.
