Can't log into Spotify on my iPhone but can on my iPad.

Dear Spotifiers,

 

A frind of mine is having a really odd issue log into his Spotify account on his iPhone 5s, the odd thing is that he do get connected on his iPad Air 2  with the same account.

 

When he try to log on his iPhone he get error message that his "email address is already in use". I'm using the same setup and I don't get that issue, my iPad and iPhone are connect to the same Spotify account.

 

We already tried:

 

- Password reset

- Log Out the iPad

- Reinstall Spotify app [v3.7.0.1100]

- Updated iOS [8.4.1]

 

Any other suggestions are welcome, thanks in advanced
