I am trying to sync Spotify on my MacBook Pro to my iPod Classic via the iPod's USB cable. But Spotify won't recognize that the iPod is even there. I know I can only sync local files, that is ok that's all I want. I have synced this iPod with spotify before and it worked just fine, but now it won't work. The cable is fine, it works with iTunes and my car, but iTunes doesn't have my playlists, which is why I want to use spotify. I have tried restarting my computer, and reinstalling Spotify, and it still won't recognize my iPod. What else might be wrong? I really want to use my iPod with my spotify playlists (minus any non-local files) while I'm at work.
