Hi, when trying to log in on my iPad and iPod I am told "Login failed, unable to log in either username or password is incorrect have you signed up for a Spotify account" when using the Facebook login it says " you have already authorised Spotify" if I try and create an account using my email it says the email is already used?
i can log into the web site and have deleted the app several times and tried reinstalling, I have even selected forgotten password and reset it from the logging screen and that worked. Can you help?????
