Hi ! i clearly need some help syncing my local files from spotify on my PC to spotify on my iphone :<

i can download songs alredy ON spotify to offline mode on my mobile but i cant for the life on me access my "local files"

I added some local files that were not avaible on spotify to spotify on my PC and i can listen to them fine.....BUT then i click available in offline mode for that playlist on my Iphone6 and it wont download the "local files" 😞  it will download the songs in the playlist that is alredy on spotify normally but it wont download the"Local Files" that i added to spotify manually!  so if anyone could please help me i would be eternally grateful 😄

did try to make a playlist with only 1 song that was from my local files...worked fine on pc but when i make it available in offline mode on my Iphone i just says "Waiting to download" and its greyed out ?!

these are songs i have added to spotify like this before but since i had to reset my iphone i had to remake it and now it aint working -.-

I got 9 ,1GB free storage on my iphone.
