This is an issue that I am having on my samsung Ace 3. Whenever i'm playing music on my phone on shuffle play, about 50% of the time when it goes to the next song, it'll be "playing" as shown by the time slider moving at the bottom, however there'll be no sound coming out. I'll be able to fix this by skipping back to the beggining of the song or to some other point in the song however this becomes a pain when i have to do it constantly. I have tried re-installing the app, signing out and then back in, clearing the cache but none of this has worked. I turned on crossfade and this worked for about a week but now no longer does.
I have contacted spotify about this issue via twitter and all they ever say is that they are working on this issue. It's been almost 2 months and still I continue to have this issue. If anyone could help me fix this, it would be HIGHLY appreciated. I don't want to have to get a new phone just to solve this problem.
