I had a couple hundred tracks synced on my Note 3 in preparation for a long flight. Boarded the plane, got settled in, fired up Spotify... and the phone locked up and rebooted. And when it came back up... no music synced any more; the playlists set for offline use were all no longer ticked for offline. The files must have physically been there, because the Spotify folder was still several gigabytes in size, but the app wouldn't see or play them, and I was stuck for five hours with no music.
