Hi I recently installed the new update for spotify on my android (Samsung Galaxy S5) and have encountered a download problem - songs show as downloaded but no actual music has synchronised through to device. And when I restart my device all 'downloaded' music gets uninstalled. Not near wifi very often so need offline download on phone!
Have tried changing local storage areas, clearing cache of spotify, checked SD card, reinstalled spotify twice.
Still encountering same problem with no resolution, have been finding this issue for two weeks since update on 26th April when l downloaded most recent version of spotify! Very annoying! On previous version spotify worked fine. Is there a solution to this problem please?
I'm on spotify version: 5.2.0.885
Android version: 5.1.1
