Spotify has suddenly stopped working on my phone. I have an HTC Desire 520 that I bought less than a month ago. It was working fine last week.
I have uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the cache and my playlists are still grayed out, and now Spotify is constantly saying I am not connected to the internet. I have tried connecting via mobile, Comcast, the WiFi at my job(which is the WiFi I normally connect to)...I don't understand why Spotify worked one day and now it won't connect to WIFi. What gives?
I have the Free version, so I know why it won't play on mobile settings, but that does not explain why I can't play anything on WiFi. Because I cleared the cache and reinstalled, everything is set to default. I have also restarted my phone many times, and verified that I have Spotify Music, and not Spotify.
I have Android 5.1, HTC Sense 7.0, and Spotify 5.3.0.995, if that helps.
