newbie here with a wierd one for ya!

had Spotify got an account stopped using for about 6-8 months. Recently went back my account everything fine!. Until I tried to install it on the PS4, it just will no install, I have tried to just update no joy, I have restored my licences no joy, i have cleared memory no joy I have even wiped the PS4 to factory default guess what....? No joy. My PS4 is still connected by name on my Spotify account, I just cannot get the app to install, it downloads attempts to install then ...."Spotify ! Cannot Install"

with a download bar on screen with a cross through it.

any ideas?
