Hi,
As the standard listening experience on Spotify is so bland it makes boiled chicken sound like a culinary orgasm, I popped into settings and turned on the EQ functionality. Simple right? WRONG!
At the start of every track, there is a huge volume spike and the track skips before my EQ settings kick in and I can't listen to music how I'd like. Not a big deal if you hate music and pay for an app you never use. A VERY BIG DEAL if you do enjoy music and understand the value of a pound.
I've looked at other posts regarding this and have seen that the general response from Spotify is something like, "We find it unreasonable that you expect to have, at the minimum, an average listening experience for a paid-for premium music listening service."
Is there a fix to this or do I have to cancel my subscription?
Any help we be hugely appreciated!
