For about a year now I have not been receiving push notifications on my phone (iPhone 7+, iOS 10.2.1). Out of all of the notifications, I especially liked the notifications that there was an updated playlist (Think the Throwback Thursday playlist update on Thursday morning).
I have detailed below my steps taken and provided screenshots of all of my setting. Please let me know if you can help.

I have:
- Deleted and re-installed the application on my phone
- Switched phones from an iPhone 6 to an iPhone 7+ three months ago
- Installed Spotify on an iPad (with no notifications either)
