I have a huge issue with Spotify right now. I am on a macbook pro and iphone 7.
First, a local file that I wanted to add today does not appear no matter what I've done. I didn't have a problem with other local files. I've:
1. changed networks
2. restarted everything
3. signed in and out of everything
4. re-downloaded and restarted everything
The issue got worse. Spotify insisted that I have exceeded the limit of offline devices and deleted all the songs from my phone. Now I can't sync any local files. All my local files have disappeared and are not appearing magically, like Spotify has promised. The playlist in which I've initially added local files to are currently stuck at waiting to download, despite every song being downloaded (with the exception of the local file). Despite removing the song from the playlists, nothing has changed.
I am using a premium account as of now but really the frustration is really making me feel that it's not worth it. Help please.
