The Spotify-app crashes every now and then. Once or twice a day. It plays 1 second of music and pauses, when I hit play again it plays 1 second of music and pauses, etc. The only thing that gets the app out of this loop is restarting my smartphone. This is just annoying. The really horrible side-effect is that sometimes after such a crash and restart, the app forgets everything I saved locally. The data is still on the device, but the app somehow doesn't see it. As I go out camping a lot, with no internet connection, this then renders me unable to listen to any music!
I've tried disconnecting from and reconnecting to Spotify, I've tried re-installing the app. It just keeps happening.
Also I've noticed that despite that I've told the app to save data to the 128 GB SD-card mounted in my phone, the app still takes up appr. 8 GB on the internal memory in addition to appr. 10 GB on the SD-card.
I'm starting to get desperate. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi, you're my only hope!
