I'm using Version 8.4.3.884 on an iPhone 6 with iOS 10.3.2.
For months now, Spotify has been randomly deleting tracks I have downloaded on my phone. It seems to keep playlists syned, but albums in my library randomly disappear from my downloads.
Also, sometimes I view my library, and it shows that I have NOTHING in my library. Closing out Spotify completely and restarting it usually fixes the problem, but this issue is happening more and more lately.
I've seen several instances where Spotify can reset offline devices on their end to fix the sync issue. Is there someone at Spotify who can do this for me to see if it fixes my issue?
Thanks!
