For local files, Spotify says, "If you’re adding local files to your mobile, you first need to import them on a desktop computer, then add them to a playlist to sync to your phone."
I'm assuming this means create your playlists (including local files) on your desktop. Once this is done, open Spotify on your mobile, then download the playlist on your phone so that it can be played offline. I have done this, however some files that are not on Spotify still are "unavailable" when I try to play them on my phone.
Has anyone had any success in getting your local files to work on your phone?
