This may not seem like much of an issue, but it is still one of the consistently worse bugs that I have come across whilst using the Spotify app on Android, which is saying a lot considering the app being absolutely riddled with trivial errors that should be bafflingly easy fixes.
I am paying $12 per month for one of the best music streaming platforms on the market, so I expect a consistent, quality user interface.
A great selection of music does not excuse a poor UI. As far as I'm concerned, at least half of the app's core value (and my money) is invested into the ability to provide a properly functioning UI.
I have attached a screenshot to help visualise the issue.
If anyone has a practical solution that isn't "uninstall and reinstall", please let me know. I refuse to believe that Spotify's only fallback is "having technical issues? Looks like you need to reinstall".
Sure, it might work, but I shouldn't have to reinstall the app more frequently than paying for it.
Thanks,
Braedy I.
