Hi, I've had Premium for over a year now and never had a problem with playing offline until the last few months or so. I thought maybe it was my Android acting up, so I would uninstall then reinstall the app. No change. Full bars of service? No change. I ended up switching over to an iPhone, and installing Spotify on that phone. No change. Tried other streaming services just to see if it was a service issue after all. Other streaming services worked fine, Spotify was still struggling.
It's sad that I'm paying per month to be able to have unlimited offline access to my music, and it has such a hard time playing songs and buffers all the time even if I have good service. I'm getting to the point where I might just have to cancel my membership.
Any help I can get on this?
