Hi,
I've been having trouble with Spotify all week, I have premium.
First, I can get into Spotify, everything looks fine, but then it would stop a song in the middle of it for no reason. Pretty oddly, in one song, it would always happen at the 1:32 mark. Everytime I play that song, it stops at 1:32. If you move the slider over a tad, it plays again, but then stops again.
Second, most of the songs do not even begin to play. Not sure what you call that line slider thing. It has a ball at the end, and when the ball is there, the song plays. The ball no longer is on any of the songs and they don't play. I don't understand why some times the song plays, sometimes they don't.
Things I've tried:
1) making more memory space on my device
2) logging in and logging out
3) rebooting device
4) going on wifi, going off wifi
5) Completely uninstalling and reinstalling Spotify (now my playlists say "updating" but have not updated
6) signal strength is good
Please help, I am getting super frustrated that there is no one to call to fix this.
