Hello. I haven't had any issues using spotify previously but starting today, I do. On my mobile device (Glalaxy S8), I enable the download toggle for my song library so that I may listen to my music offline. However, all this seems to do is create a notification that spotify is downloading, but no downloading actually happens. The progress bar does not move. However, If i switch to 4g-LTE, the downloading progress starts, but I have a data cap so thats not an option. I have 650 songs (under the limit) and 2 devices (also under limit). Both are on the same wifi network but only the laptop downloads songs with no issues. My phone has adequate space (35gb on main storage and 29gb on SD card) but that doesnt change the fact that it doesnt download. (Yes, ive re-installed spotify, restarted my phone, cleared cache, etc.)
Also, on my phone, If I play a song, it downloads it, but only that song. Its as if the automatic download system doesnt work. Either something has to be fixed, Or i'll have to manually go through every song in my library and let it download.
What can I do to solve this?
