Believe it or not, I know a lot of people who don't use Facebook (especially foreigners).
I'd like to share music with them via Spotify. In the desktop app, if I know the Spotify username, I can just type it in and send it to them. But for some reason, on iPhone this feature is not available. It appears I can only send to Spotify user's who are also on Facebook (or maybe on my phone's contact list, not sure?)
Am I missing something? Is there a workaround? If not, can I request the feature that I can input the Spotify username directly?
And why can't I just say a certain Spotify username is my friend and then have them appear in my friend's list without having to rely on Facebook? I'm not sure if there's a bug with desktop Spotify, because whenever I go into the "people" screen, it has a button that says "Get started", even though I already linked things to Facebook. When I click "Get started", nothing happens. Seems like a bug. Is it related to the lack of functionality on my phone?
