My iPhone is able to play Spotify and other streaming media through my car's USB connection. Control using the car's interface is intuitive and easy. I prefer this option over bluetooth because the audio quality is noticeablely cleaner.
My Android (Samsung Galaxy S8), however, cannot play Spotify through the USB. The Ford media system does not accept protected content (AKA Spotify's encryption system).
Any ideas of how to get my Android to connect and play Spotify via USB? I miss quality audio! Bluetooth audio is TERRIBLE!
