Back in December, I had decided to try Spotify Premium because I wanted to listen to music on my phone. In January I got a new phone from my best friend and decided I didn't want Spotify Premium anymore. I got on there and removed it, only to find in March that it hadn't been removed and had so far charged me $30. I sent Spotify a letter in the mail asking if they could please remove the Premium part and the $30 because I thought I had removed it. They still haven't, and to add insult to injury I got charged another $10 for this month. Is there a way to get my $40 back and completely remove Spotify Premium?
