Good morning,
I run into mystique trouble when connecting Sonos and Spotify. And I'm absolutle unsure where the root cause is.
The Sonos system contains several Play:1 and Play:3 and a Connect. It runs rockstable for years. One week ago we started with a Spotify family account. The Sonos devices are listed in mobile app as well as in linux app, BUT
- not all Sonos players are listed everytime
- sometimes devices are listed twice
- playback is not possible on all listed devices from the linux app (if the playback is not posssible the playlist jumps to songs up in front and then stops)
- playback is only possible on one device from the mobile app (If another device is selected nothing happens, only the device list ist closed, but no error message, status info is shown)
If I use the native Sonos app everything is fine!
I tried several hints from different forums without auccess like
- de- and reinstall spotify app on my mobile
- removed the spotify source from Sonos
- refresh the Spotify account in Sonos app
Anyone out here with same problems?
Christoph
